Sweet potato

since i have diet, i dont eat rice anymore. I changed my karbo with sweet corn or potato. And.i just found good articles. There said that sweet potato or yam has low calories than potato but it has more rich nutrient content than potato. Vit c, vit A, protein, high fiber, etc. If one medium potato has over 200cal, sweet potato only has around 100cal. Sooooo i will eat it everyday n said goodbye for potato. i usually steamed sweet potato with skin. no adding salt or some things. because its comes with rich taste. so sweet so delicious. mm but honey potatoes more sweet, n i think bake is the best way to get more taste! yup Its really great choice to my meal for diet program!!!!! ㅋㅋㅋㅋ
