I've searched this many times and I have spent a very long time. really im glad i got it!!!! sure it will useful to learn korea as easy way!!!! so lets to singing~~~!!!!! thanks to korean blog ^^

Pilates^^

Its fasting time. yah sure i cant doing exercise as usual. that really bad for me. my body gotta feel not good. so i tried to found a way to keep my exercise with my fasting days. somtime i went walked around 3km in morning.. or rode my bike in evening, but..... i found good idea! yesss Pilates! Pilates not much to shake my body as aerobic. but really its more hardly than aerobic... goshhhhhhh I need a pair of a slim legs to do pilates so well! hahhahahah oh okey i will make over my leg with pilates??! ^^ so lets join with me? so glad i have found this video n i'm doing as seen on the video eventho i wanna cried ,, lol but i really like it~!!!  well 2kg left! go go fighting!!!!! yay! kkk ^^;

Let's learn to count n sing [KOREA NUMBER]

In korea has 2 sytem number, the sino number n the native number. Native Korean numbers are  used to read: age, number of goods, the number of people, read the time on the clock, etc.. 
Sino-Korean numbers are borrowed from Chinese. for expression  year, month, days, money, minutes, addresses, phone numbers, currency and numbers above 100.
About how to say hours, Korean used the native number to count hours but uses the Sino-Korean numbers for minutes. but...errrrr........ actually im still messy to learn number.. kekekkekee.. sooooooo  im not competent to tell here more or explanation. u can searching n ask to mr.google okey! so sory my bad.

but i try to tell u how to remember easy! the best way is with a song! soo lets singing!!!!! this song used sino number.  and i was spent 2 hours to fixed romanization .. fiuhhhh~~ i hope u like it n u can singing with me~~!!!! this song really cute song as kid's song, and i was surprised with the translation! :D

Sweet potato

since i have diet, i dont eat rice anymore. I changed my karbo with sweet corn or potato. And.i just found good articles. There said that sweet potato or yam has low calories than potato but it has more rich nutrient content than potato. Vit c, vit A, protein, high fiber, etc. If one medium potato has over 200cal, sweet potato only has around 100cal. Sooooo i will eat it everyday n said goodbye for potato. i usually steamed sweet potato with skin. no adding salt or some things. because its comes with rich taste. so sweet so delicious. mm but honey potatoes more sweet, n i think bake is the best way to get more taste! yup Its really great choice to my meal for diet program!!!!! ㅋㅋㅋㅋ

Seoul vs Sidney!!!

I dont know it will goin bad or good news. Yesterday, Suddenly BigBoSs told to us that we will go to ausie next year!!!! Its family trip... n his company will give me money to buy buy cute stuff..!!! Oh goooosssssshhhh whats great!!!!!
Eventho they doesnt decide yet when the date.. but i really very worrryyyy.. how if if.if if the date has the same date with my ticket????? Oh nooooooooo!!!!! Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh what should i dooooooooooooo!!!!! Lets pray. Pray. Pray.... I hope they will go before or after my trip... >_< oh well i wanna go to there n there... seoul n sidney. Hows awesome!!!!!!
